I love to welcome new people to my home from all over the world. My food is cooked with love and fresh ingredients. I prepare my own breads of course and vegetables and fruits grown from my father's garden. My meals are are all Italian with a touch of Patrizia because I have traveled a lot and love to add my own spice to the dishes. You never know when you will have a taste of ginger!
Things that my meals always include are homemade pastas and baked goods! I love to make my own version of tiramisu like you've never tried!
There should always be laughter around the table!
Summer menu: drink with or without alcohol, served with oregano, parmesan and tomato fingers
Appetizers Bruschetta of eggplant, sausage and stracchino cheese (in case of veg I can omit meat) Tuna fish, ricotta cheese and vegetables cannoli Rolled up pizza
Crespelle Val d'Aosta style with lemon aroma
Dessert Rollé with chantilly cream and fresh cherries
Coffee and limoncello or other homemade liqueurs
Homemade bread and focaccia with natural sourdough
