"Nostalgic" Tasting Menu 1. We will start with my famous grandma authentic Tuscan beans soup with a selection of dry beans cooked with some Guanciale ( finest Italian pancetta), fresh tomatoes sauce and Ditalini pasta half tube) -- finished with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and fresh ground black pepper. 2. We will follow with home made potatoes gnocchi served with fresh tomatoes sauce and basil sprouts.These gnocchi will melt in your mouth , this dish for is simplicity and nostalgic taste is a staple at my mother 's restaurant in Florence. 3 We will close the evening with a touch of sweet with an Italian classic dessert , vanilla beans panna cotta with wild berry coulis .This dessert is really commune but when is really executed right, it's pretty great.
