You will learn how to prepare, serve and select the best ingredients to produce the best dishes in Spain. You will feel like home cooking with the Chef Alex López in our creative space at the heart of Barcelona’s historical quarters.
The first step will be a visit to the one of the oldest markets in Barcelona, the Santa Caterina, where the locals go for buying fresh ingredients to the daily meal. Discover and taste the local ingredients that are presented to learn about the local and national gastronomy. During the tour, we’ll invite you to taste our specialties, like olives, Iberian ham, tomato, olive oil, chorizo, manchego cheese, tomatoes.
Back to school, you will learn the insights of Mediterranean cuisine with hands-on experience provided. Join us in this delicious activity with Chef Alex López, specialist in Mediterranean cuisine, rise dishes, and traditional seafaring gastronomy and owner of the restaurant El Groc, a reference in Vilanova i la Geltrú.
