This is a night unlike any other. An adventure for all the senses. A Moroccan dinner is exquisite but this feast is a rare gem. A Raqs Sharqi, known here as a belly dancer, will move in the ancient form, bartenders will mix a unique Mojito with a North African twist, and the meal will be unlike anything you can get at a restaurant, even in Marrakech’s chaotic main square, Djemaa El Fna. I hope you’ll join us for this festive night.
My ingredients are sourced from my friends at the Civic Center neighborhood farmers market. And the spices come directly from my favorite spice merchant since my childhood, all the way in the souk (market) of Agadir, Morocco.
