Welcome to Evohé Barcelona! This menu is about a journey through the Catalan cuisine in the heart of Barcelona, a dining experience that brings us to the local traditions of Catalonia, following the delicious recipes of our grandparents with a personal touch and much love. We serve the menu with high quality ingredients: Fresh and seasonal products. As pillars of our Mediterranean diet, we cook and serve the meal with extra virgin olive oil from the estate of my family, Can Companyó, in the Catalan region of l’Empordà. Artisan bread, with tomato and oil is a must in our table.

An expressive and refreshing cava that, thanks to its fruity and smooth flavor, turns out to be a really pleasure to enjoy during the dinner
