There is no place more lovely than Portofino. We will take a culinary excursion to the Riveria's most inspiring port. This menu will offer us some of the luxury and sunshine of what I regard as the most romantic town in all of Italy. Our seven course trip begins with a proper aperitivo, followed by antipasti course and pasta course. The main course, beef wellington, is traditionally British, inspired by the book Enchanted April. Our take on it will have a ligurian flare with prosciutto, cremini mushrooms and rich herbal infused Bearnaise. Traditonal ligurian breads and a composed cheese course will also be included. I will wine pair each course as well. We will finish with a wild berry cake and coffee and tea service.

Beautiful individual cuts of steak perfectly wrapped in thin grilled cremini mushrooms, ligurian herbs, prociutto and a housemade puff pastry. Perfectly baked and served with a Bearnaise.
