From the vibrant and earthy night markets of Barcelona to Casablanca we find some of the richest and most interesting fusions of culture and food. We will create a culinary adventure from the labrinthian cobbled streets of these old world trading ports. We will begin with a cucumber and tomato salad, roasted oysters, charred eggplant and several sauces that reflect the rich history of spice trading in the Mediterranean. Then we will serve a paella valenciana and finish with a spice and orange infused flan. The meal will include wine pairings.
