Watch as the chef prepares and explains the classic Spanish dish while you sample tapas and sip on sangria* in the comfort of Eat With's downtown San Francisco loft. Chef Schuster will provide recipes so you can recreate the dishes at home, but the focus is on sharing a special night with current friends or making new ones while sampling delicious Iberian flavors.
On the menu: Homemade Spanish Sangria* Pear Gazpacho Shots with Spanish Blue Cheese Mushroom Migas - Toasted Breadcrumbs with Minced Mushroom, Onion and Garlic with Aioli Paella of Mixed Seafood and Chorizo
