In this class, we will cover everything you need to know to make perfect bread, every time. We will cover the fundamentals of measuring, fermenting and baking perfect loaves of bread in your home oven. We will also be sampling some bread with a lovely selection of cheese, sauces, olive oil, and wine. Includes all supplies.
