Angelhouse Family Dinner: Chinese comfort food in Nashville TN
Address provided after booking
Since moving to Nashville two years ago, I’ve noticed a lot of parallels between Southern comfort food and the Southern Chinese food I grew up with and loved as a kid… the inviting warmth of the dishes, the exciting textures, and colors of the ingredients, and accessible yet complex flavors achieved over several days of cooking. We created Angelhouse Family Dinner in order to share some of my favorite Chinese dishes, my “comfort food,” with my new community.
