When an 9 years old Ecuadorian little girl says to her dad : "I want to be a Chef", all her life changes this day. Chef Alejandra was born in Quito. When she moved to France, she knew that it was the country where she would learn her future job. She lived in Lyon, Paris and Avignon for 10 years where she worked with ones of the most famous Chefs in the World (Alain Ducasse, Paul Bocuse and Guy Savoy). When she arrived in San Francisco in 2014, she felt free to create a cuisine inspired by her roots in Ecuador and by her French expertise of Gastronomy. She loves to share her passion with food lovers who are looking for new culinary experiences.
