I like to go foraging so a lot of the vegetable ingredients come from the field around our farmhouse. And the recipes from an array of little known Italian regional ones, plus an exotic touch to spice up the mix and some clever recycling of leftovers to never forget wasting food is a bad thing! My Dutch husband Peter and I live in Wine Country near Bologna so wine pairing is a must! And Peter's Espresso is a work of art not to mention his choice of background music.
