A thick slice of sourdough bread toasted just right and topped with some herbs infused olive oil, garlic, tomato and Jamón Serrano.
Old school Rib Eye
A 2" thick rib eye steak for every 2 persons (around 25oz) cooked to medium rare and seared in a screaming hot cast iron skillet. While searing the steak is basted with butter, garlic and rosemary. Accompanied with bacon wrapped asparagus and rustic mashed potatoes.
Homemade beignets fried to perfection in our beloved dutch oven. The dough is prepared before the event and fried just before dessert, for best results. Topped with confectioner sugar.
