Take a journey with me through Croatian North (we will do south next time!) as we start with a bang of stimulating flavors from Croatian wonderful culinary neighbors. We will then explore what four mild aromas can do to your body. Then for the main dish with organic beef and maple smoke that will defragment your soul. And end up with Croatian bakery opening in your mouth. Plus a surprise dish that is not on the menu. Toasted polenta, porcini mushrooms, duck breast or goat cheese, and roasted peppers, and roasted peppers.
MAIN DISH: SUMMER SARMA
STUFFED SAVOY CABBAGE
Organic beef. In broth that raises dead: Smoked beef ribs, touch of smoked lamb, roasted beef juice, garlic, and white wine. Topped with European style yogurt and ghee/paprika fusion. Awake.
