Come and enjoy our hand-crafted gins, our authentic American BBQ and our rooftop terrace with views of the Sagrada Família.
We love making things that take time. To create our gins, we start with a variety of botanicals, which we infuse and distill in micro-batches. We’re always experimenting, so you’ll get to pick your favorite one.
When it comes to BBQ, we like it low and slow for our pulled pork or brisket. We select our meat days in advance so it can be seasoned and marinated properly; then we smoke it slowly over low heat for 12-24 hours. The result is meat that falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. Combine it with our homemade BBQ sauce and bread, and you’ll be hooked.
All meals come with two gin cocktails per person, plus beer and/or wine. We end all meals with a digestivo and Italian espresso.

We usually have 2 or 3 gins or infusions we’ve made. You get to sample all of them, then we’ll make you a cocktail from your favorite.

Grilled bites might be jamon wrapped peppers with cheese inside. We usually include some kind of crostini or other appetizers as well.
The Main Event
BBQ sandwiches with homemade coleslaw, buns and BBQ sauce.
Depending on the day, the meat will be either pulled pork or brisket (beef). (If you have a preference, let us know when you book.)
Our sandwiches come with two sides; examples might be grilled vegetables and sweet potato mash.
It a surprise!
...but probably includes chocolate :)
Digestivo and café
Could be limoncello, could be ratafia. Sometimes it’s something we’ve made, sometimes not. The espresso is always Italian.
