This three course dinner subtly introduces you to a few Nigerian ingredients. A nice blend of France & Nigeria which I'll happily call "Fran-geria", just because it has a nice ring to it. Guests enjoy each course with two fresh traditional drinks while listening to short anecdotes of Nigeria, it's food and how each ingredient is used in traditional Nigerian cooking.
