When you can't travel to France in person, travel to France around our cook's table! This time, it's summer in Provence, reminiscing with seasonal fresh tomatoes and zucchini from the garden for a comforting ratatouille.
We start in Nice, with their take on pizza; an onion tart with olives and anchovies. Paired with a glass of Kir Royal.
A solid salad which can be a meal in itself. For an appetizer, we'll lighten it up.
