"Kamayan" is the traditional Filipino way of eating with your hands - "kamay" being Filipino for "hands". For this feast you'll be eating with your hands
As a Filipino-American raised to only speak English, I've often felt that food is my only true connection to my family's culture. This traditional food and style of eating is a great way of bringing you closer to your dining companions.
My goal is to bring people together through this shared cultural dining experience! The items featured in this menu are some of my favorite foods growing up and secret family recipes. Please Enjoy!
Note: This is BYOB event. Please feel free to bring any drinks for yourself or to share with the group. I recommend beer or lighter wines with this food.
