A variety of organic crudite', olives, cheeses and sundried tomatoes from Puglia, accompanied by homemade focaccia.

Traditional pasta from Puglia served with a meat-based tomato sauce and grated Italian farm cheese.

Slow cooked pieces of pork and lamb, as well as rolled beef, in rich tomato sauce.
Ancient food from Puglia, made of milled chickpeas and barley, to soak up what is left of the ragu!
