Learn how to make French croissants from scratch! Enjoy them plain, au cholocats (chocolate pastries), or with cinnamon!
At this event, we will show you that with a little patience and practice, it is relatively easy to make these decadent French pastries at home. In about two hours, we will start with kneading a dough, folding, lamenting butter, and shaping the pastries to bake them.
We strongly encourage you to get your hands messy and actually experience a hands-on experience in making the pastries! But you're also welcome to sit back and watch if you just want to socialize and eat! After this event, you will never taste croissants the same way. The pastries that you are about to taste will be extra buttery and crunchy as they are served fresh straight out of the oven. Because you do not need any equipment or special ingredients to make these at home, after this class, you can prepare them for your friends and family when they visit next time!
*We will also serve fresh blueberries crepe and two glasses of mimosas. If you'd like, feel free to bring your favorite Champagne or Prosecco to enjoy during the event. Any pastries left, can certainly be taken home for you to enjoy!
