My cooking is based around simple yet extraordinary, well chosen ingredients. Indeed, it is more authentic and scrumptious to raise up a perfect tomato or a lovely well marbled locally grown steak than to mask the weakness of an inferior ingredient. Come share a unique experience with others in the heart of Jerusalem where memory, ancestry, and culture all influence both the food and the conversation. Dine on dishes like himalayan salt and organic cane sugar cured gravlax scented with orange zest and sea bass papillote stuffed with white wine perfumed fennel. My intention is for us to share a meaningful and convivial experience while dining on dishes from the Mediterranean basin including influences from Israeli-Arabic culture and cuisine.
