Plant-based cuisine meets mexican-caribe flair - your taste buds will be dancing into heaven, while your toes are grounded in the sand. We will enjoy a pre-dinner sunset drink with the option to wander down to the beach. Dinner will be served by candlelight on our second floor veranda overlooking the jungle canopy.
