Regional cuisine in the middle of the beautiful Italian countryside, where food will be an opportunity to meet people from all around the world. Of course Italian wine, produced on our surrounding hills, will help in making everyone feel at home in our home. At your request, before dinner, we could provide a cooking workshop where we will teach you the secrets of making the homemade food you'll eat later. (Homemade "sfoglia" (fresh pasta), how to stuff "tortellini", how to cook "tigelle"). All of our guests will receive the recipes and instructions about the making of the meal. This workshop is fun also for kids!
