Through the process of natural fermentation complex carbohydrates in our dough are naturally broken down to become easily digestible. It’s the fermentation and omission of lab manufactured yeast that makes eating good quality bread an aid to digestion instead of a hinderance. What does all this mean?... You get to gorge on pizza without the nasty side effects of hard to digest glutens ruining your fun times. Expect all you can eat naturally leavened pizza, music, and chill vibes.
