A menu consisting of the freshest, local, sustainable, traceable, catches hand selected by me. The menu below is a list of sample dishes, the actual menu will vary depending on what comes in. This dinner will always start with the oysters and sparkling wine. I do supply the sparkling wine during the intro, but after that this dinner is BYOB (bring your own beverage). I recommend Sauvignon Blancs, Pinot Noirs, and light beers to pair with this meal.
