With this workshop we want to share the full experience of making your own tapas. We will make "Gazpacho Andaluz", "Tortilla" (Spanish Omelette) and "Croquetas" (Croquettes). Then we will enjoy our prepared meals and at the end we will have a nice seasonal Cocktail, in the Rooftop enjoying a lovely view of Granada's city centre.
Selection of cured meats
Served with olive oil, bread and olives.
Cold tomato soup, with pepper, olive oil, onion and garlic traditional from Andalusia region.
Selection of Homemade Croquettes
Jamon serrano, cod or Oyster Mushrooms flavoured croquettes.
Seasonal Fruit Cocktail to be served in our Rooftop terrace as a great finale for the event.
