ramekins of decadent dark chocolate custard slowly solidified in a water bath topped with minted whipped cream
Affogato of Herb de Provence Gelato & Espresso
a scoop of handmade gelato carrying the floral notes from the herbs that are steeped in the cream before churning to freeze. If you choose to pour your espresso over it, you have just enjoyed an "affogato" .. you're very welcome.
