As the harvest moons hang low in the sky and the chilling wind stirs the leaves to dance-- your hunger beckons you to dinner! Join me around my table, as we celebrate the Autumn season with a tribute to one of my favorite ingredients: pumpkin!
From sweet to savory, and everything in between, indulge in everything this magical gourd has to offer! We begin the celebration with a gift from the kitchen: crispy curried pumpkin croquettes, served warm with a chilled coconut-lime aioli.
Find comfort in velvety, rich pumpkin soup, complemented by spiced kettle corn and local yogurt. Then, savor the parade of textures in the salad to come: crisp black kale is paired with shaved-endive, and enveloped in sweet and spicy maple agrodolce... coupled with delightfully toasted pumpkin-cornbread croutons.
From spoons to forks... the time for pasta draws nigh! Handmade Taglierini is swirled in savory pumpkin-cream and enriched with luxurious winter truffle butter. Our fall-festivities draw to a close with local rabbit roasted and presented in two ways, served with vadouvan-spiced pumpkin and earthy turnip green purée.
Before we part, indulge in a sugary offering: buttermilk Pana Cotta custard adorned with torn Chai-spice sponge cake and garnished with crunchy, salty pumpkin-seed brittle.
All diners will receive an Autumnal parting gift from the Chef, upon the conclusion of the meal.
