This dinner is a unique take on the traditional Italian experience. You will be served typical Italian antipasti with a distinctive cloudy Prosecco "Costadilà", a natural and organic sparkling wine produced the old fashion way and fermented in the bottle. Followed by a delicious main course pairing with a full bodied "Minutolo" an organic white wine.
