We are Diogo and Lizzie, both professionally trained by Le Cordon Bleu Paris. We have looked for inspiration in the French countryside and the hunting season to carefully prepare a menu that will warm you up all winter. Think homemade terrines and game pie, seasonal vegetables and cheeses; pair all that with Champagne and wines selected and commented on by Diogo, your sommelier for the evening.
Our hunter's feast is a five course meal going from hors d'oeuvre all the way to dessert, all dishes presented by Lizzie. Each course will be paired with a different wine.
