Each event begins with a very interesting and fun guided visit through the most emblematic market in Barcelona, La Boqueria. There you will learn some history about the market, interesting facts about the stalls and the products, which are the ingredients grown here and the most used in Catalan cuisine and how to choose the best ones. Back in the kitchen it's time to cook and eat like a local! We start with our hands-on cooking class, teaching you, step by step, how to prepare the dishes in a very easy and simple way. Our recipes are spectacular! We finish all around the table indulging ourselves with our creations and enjoying of the good conversation. We are The Foodie Sisters and love to transmit our vision and love from Barcelona, our culture and our cooking knowledge.

① We start with a Vermouth, the appetizer more chic of Barcelona! We have the oldest vermú for you made in Barcelona and we'll explain you its story.
② Sangría!!!! Yes! You are going to learn all the tricks to do the best sangria, plenty of fresh fruit!
③ We'll follow with tomato bread, made with the best ingredients, our extra virgin olive oil is unbeatable and our tomatoes are from our parents green garden. During the explanation of the recipe we shall do an olive oil tasting, so that you will learn the differences between the different kinds of olive oil.
④ Escalivada! What's that!? It's a selection of smoked roasted vegetables with anchovies on a "coca" rustic bread with tomato.
⑤ Fideuá (Spanish small noodles) with squid ink. Oh my God! This is a jewel of the Catalan cuisine. It is black and has also seafood and alioli (like a mayonaise sause with olive oil and garlic)
⑤ And for dessert!? Mel i Mató, fresh homemade cheese with local organic honey. De li cio so!!!

Vermouth & snacks
We like to welcome you with a taste of our Vermú! In Spain is a tradition drinking vermú before having the meal. This nice alcoholic beverage consist of aromatized, fortified wine flavored with various botanicals (roots, barks, flowers, seeds, herbs, spices).
