Our dinner will commence with a beverage, wine or beer, which has been paired for our enticing entree of Shrimp. While our guests arrive, we will mingle and chat and get to know each other. Then we will begin the first course of Maryland Ying Yang Soup, which is a beautiful cross between cream of crab and vegetable crab soup. From there we will proceed with Steak & Feta Bruschetta which is a perfectly seasoned and seared flank steak with a medley of cherry tomatoes and basil, atop a toasted crostini. For the entree, you will be enjoying creamy corn Shrimp and Grits topped with a mushroom ragout. To finish the evening you will be enjoying a Chocolate Cream Pie with Toasted Meringue, the crust of the pie is made of chocolate cookie crumble to add to its decadence. Each guest will be enjoying two beverages of their choice with the meal.
