Our brunch will commence with a choice for each guest of a Mimosa or Bloody Mary, while all our guests arrive, we will mingle and chat and get to know each other. Then we will begin the first course of a Cherry Tomato, Sausage, and Arugula Frittata accompanied with seasoned ricotta on top. From there we will proceed to the Chicken and Waffles, which go well together because of the sweetness of the waffle and savory of the chicken. To finish the meal, we will end with a Blueberry Clafouti, which is a French dessert and it somewhat a cross between a custard and a cake. Each guest will enjoy two beverages throughout the meal.
