Join us on this unique hands on paella and sangria cooking feast in Madrid and discover the secrets of the Spanish traditional cuisine.
We will start with a tour in a local market to buy the ingredients for the cooking class. Later, we will head to our apartment located next to the Royal Palace. You will be involved from the very first minute on the elaboration of the paella, by preparing all the ingredients and then fire up the gas. This interactive, informative and extremly appetising process will teach you everything you need to know about cooking the perfect Spanish paella! While your main dish is simmering away in the pan, we will lastly host a Sangria making workshop, allowing you to mix your own fresh and fruity jugs of the classic Spanish refreshment to enjoy with your meal.
You will be provided with all the ingredients and an apron in order to become a paella chef. Refreshments and snacks will be available during the class and by the end of the session, we will enjoy the meal together.
