This is not your typical cooking class. We will cook, chop, saute, eat, mingle, interact (lots of it!) all while learning the art of spice-infused cooking using traditions of an Indian kitchen. What follows is a meal that packs all the flavour of "curry", but is very different from the typical Indian dishes you are used to. Think elevated Indian! Curious? Read on.... I will mix & match ingredients that are seasonal, global, fun and may not be authentic to the original dish. Rest assured, the flavour will remain intact! I only cook with vegetables / chicken & fish and the menu shall change often. Can be customised for groups to be Veg/Vegan or GF. Sample Itinerary 1130am : Welcome & Hors Doeuvres 12pm-1pm : Roll up those sleeves and cook cook cook.... 1-2pm : Eat & Mingle (PS- I have a small baby in the house. Although she won't disturb us and will be with the nanny, occasional screeches, cries, chuckles and other forms of incomprehensible noises are to be expected!)
