We welcome you into our villa located 20 km from Lisbon (very close to the A8 motorway - direction Lisbon Ericeira / Peniche / Mafra, in the "Saloia Zone" in the municipality of Loures and very close to the municipality of Mafra). The surrounding landscape is a Mediterranean forrest, filled with pines, cork oaks and holm oaks. It is a rural area rich in the production of fruit and vegetables, as well as sheep and goat cheese. Join us for traditional Portuguese food with a twist.
Cod Fish with Broa
We start with cheeses, sausages and Mafra bread, tempered carrots Algarve style and tempered olives.
We continue with a creamy mushroom velvety enriched with port wine
Cod fish with broa. The most cooked fish in portugal (dry cod fish) made with a traditional corn flour bread accompanied with little roast potatoes and the freshness of Sautéed greens.
Sweet rice. The tradicional portuguese sweet rice with a twist of contrasting fruit (acidic apple or strawberry) in a porto wine caramel.
White and red wines; homemade lemonade or homemade cold tea; Port wine, Moscatel Setúbal (a tradicional sweet wine from the region of Setúbal).
