Hello and welcome to Kanazawa! I'm a licensed chef and experienced housewife with a passion for cooking (especially Japanese food!). Here in Kanazawa, we have access to some of the freshest fish and vegetables in all of Japan. These are the ingredients I use to make my specialty – Temari Sushi! In my flat just off the side of the main road, you'll be welcomed to a very homely, laid back atmosphere. Starting with a glass of Japanese wine, you'll also be able to join in with the preparation of the dish! Sushi is very fun to cook, and I hope you can learn a little about Japanese culture in the process! The dish will be served with a traditional Japanese soup and some friendly conversation – I look forward to meeting you, and I hope you enjoy your time in Kanazawa!
