Hi - I'm Regina and I'm excited to welcome travelers and locals alike in my lovely center city apartment, I offer my own creative take on some hidden Philly gems, leveraging a gastronomy that includes a world-renowned sandwich culture, an amish heritage and a unique south philly meatballs-and-red-gravy cuisine, as well as a nod to my childhood polish neighborhood, all distinctively influenced by the markets and cafes of the finest cities in Europe.
A 7-course dinner made from seasonal local ingredients will be paired with carefully selected wines, mostly from small-vineyard family-owned producers. You'll enjoy dining in the open and airy great room, which opens onto a festive deck with center city views, where you can look forward to a leisurely-paced, casual and relaxed atmosphere making for a chill, fun evening.
See youse all soon!
