Pier's sister is in town and she'll bring some of her favorite recipes to our table. 3incucina from NYC meets Chefstyle from Tuscany and will take you through a mix of experimental and classic Italian cuisine. Chefstyle was born in Pisa (Tuscany) from the encounter of three ladies that have become great friends, thanks to their common love for food (and good wine!). Chef Manuela, Paola and Caterina want to teach people how to execute a complete menu, while having fun together in the kitchen, and how to taste food sitting at the perfect table, because the mise-en-place is also important. We will start with a mini-cheesecake with burrata, cherry tomato and Taggiasche olives to whet the appetite. The main course will be soft and light potato gnocchi with clams, followed by a colorful and crunchy orange and fennel salad. The perfect ending will be a chocolate mini-tart with toasted almond and passion fruit. Menu does not include alcoholic drinks, except for a welcome glass of Italian bubbles.
