Our dinner aims to offer a food and wine experience together with its cultural background. Our table fills with a delicious, colorful variety of different vegetables, fish and meat plates traditional of the Salento cuisine, the southern part of Apulia (La Puglia , IT).
According to the seasonal products our antipasto offers the following: Caponata Leccese (Vegetarian dish slightly spicy made with aubergines, tomatoes, and red peppers): Focaccia Salentina (with vegetables, olive, caper, and anchovy): Bruschetta (veggie, foie, ham,..): Pecorino Cheese; etc.

The lemons come just from our garden in Lecce and bring us memories of sunny and windy days. To end our dinner, our limoncello normally wants to be accompanied by our quaresimali...almond crispy biscotti.
