You can expect a night with two friendly people who are passionate about good food and natural wines. Floor is an enthusiastic chef's apprentice and is always looking for new ingredients and combinations. As we travel a lot to Spain and Italy to visit our wine producers, the dishes are often inspired by their food traditions. Yannick is an excellent host and loves to meet new people. He's great at food and wine pairings that will surprise you (nice alcohol-free pairings possible as well). The ingredients used are local and always of the season. We are creative with vegetables and like to know where our food comes from. We are open minded and the atmosphere will be casual and cosy.
