After creating a pasta dinner for my guests and serving it to their plates, I realized I was keeping half the fun to myself. Making pasta (be it ravioli, tortellini, fettuccini) is a therapeutic and delicious experience. We will get to create different fillings, shapes, and sauces, and later eat them together paired with summery cocktails, and a fresh vegetarian dinner.
