Banchan Workshop is a place for people to come and create something new. It's a place for us to cook, share ideas and cultivate relationships. This workshop is our last part of 'Back to Basics' series. It will be all about Korean soup (gook) and stew (jjigae). We will learn how to make Gochujang Jjigae using Korean chili miso and Bean Sprouts Soup, a simple vegetarian healing soup. Selina will be doing a cooking demo and will share all of her cooking tips. You get to work in groups of two to make jjigae and soup of your choice. We will be sharing the food at the end of the workshop with few more banchan dishes Selina will be adding to the table.
