The voyage starts with tropical sounds, a sultry cocktail, followed by a menu seasoned by the “Spice Trail” cuisines of The Caribbean; where African, Spanish, Taíno, and Middle Eastern (Jewish & Arabic) flavors come together to make up traditional, Dominican, dishes. It ends with a creamy rum-dessert and stories.
It's a curated evening of specialty drinks, foods, decor, music and conversations.
