A unique experience to enjoy the traditional flavors of Mexico from a fresh interpretation. "Día de Muertos" is a traditional festivity in Mexico, full of colors, tastes and aromas that we would like to share with you. We have our perspective of Mexican food, years of study and training have forged our own vision of the Mexican gastronomy. You will see Mexican food from a completely different point of view. For us cooking is like telling a story and we like to tell stories in our own way. By anticipated request the menu can be modified for vegan, vegetarian or gluten free diets, the dishes may be different depending on the restrictions.

This delicious soup comes from the region of Oaxaca. Made with fresh chicken broth, corn kernels and chochoyotes (small balls of corn dought).
From the Southeast region of Mexico comes the inspiration for this dish. Prepared with "Chile Ancho", a sun dried pepper, stuffed with sweet fruits and fresh cheese, finaly coated with a smooth tomato sauce.
Chicken breast with "Mole Negro"
If you visit Mexico you can´t go without tasting a good Mole. This Mole is prepared very carefully with a little more than 15 ingredients, including nuts, seeds, local dried peppers, and other spices; is a very complex flavor that we decided to combine with a slow cooked chicken breast that we roast at the end to maximise all the flavors.
"Calabaza a la Mesa"
Inspirational pumpkin dessert, combining tradition and creativity.
