Bonpland Underground brings a culinary experience inspired from the traditional gastronomy of the Andes Mountains of South America, more specifically, Peru and Venezuela.
We have created a four-course menu full of flavors from Venezuela and Peru using a wide variety of traditional ingredients such as Aji Dulce, Ají Amarillo, Rocotto, Traditional Peruvian Potato that brings to life our deeply traditional gastronomic roots. Enjoy traditional dishes in a family-style setting with three Venezuelan restaurateurs. So, bring your bottle and embark on a tour around the mountains of South America starting at Bonpland.
