Are you interested in a ramen party at your home with friends and family? Or are you interest in having an intimate, hands-on ramen making team building activity with your small team? Our Advanced Ramen Workshop is a four-hour hands-on class where you will learn the in's and out's of making ramen. By the end of the course, you will have hands-on experience and an understanding of the ramen making process so that you can re-create a bowl of delicious ramen dish at your home!
Here is what to expect: You will start making the pork bone broth (Tonkotsu) from the bones that we supply, then soft-boiled eggs, chashu (braised pork belly). We will then have a short break for you enjoy our homemade pot stickers. Then we will continue to learn how to make the ramen seasonings (sho-yu tare), spicy seasonings and 100% hand roll noodles. At the end, you will assemble your own bowl of heavenly ramen together with all the ingredients and toppings provided.
In addition to the hands-on practice, we will provide you with our recipes, share secrets and tricks in making ramen, practice how to use some "ramen making gadgets," and provide valuable tips for ingredient shopping. For vegan/vegetarian requests, we will substitute Tonkotsu with vegan broth and miso tare. The class size is limited to 6 people.
