Learn Andalusian cooking secrets in a hands-on class

The workshop takes place in a charming art gallery in one of the traditional patios inside the old town of Seville. However, before we start we will take a walk to the nearby local market to not only buy the ingredients but also have a look around this lively market where the locals gather to have lunch or a beet and chat. Then we will go back to start with the starters such as "Salmorejo", "Gazpacho" or "Tortilla de Patatas" while we listen to cheerful Spanish music, Flamenco or even Sevillanas (the typical music from Seville). Then we will move on to the main course that can be chosen from "Espinaca con Garbanzos" or "Gambas al Ajillo". And to conclude the meal we will have try a typical Andalusian dessert- Polea The meal will be accompanied by the "Sangria", that will make sure to be an absolute runner at your next party back home.
