My cooking style is simple yet delicious, or so my guests often tell me! I am inspired by my sardinian grandmother's recipes that I grew up with, mixed with my husband's Sicilian heritage! I always buy and use organic and local products that I know well to ensure the best quality.
I like to prepare a little entree (many times with cheese and nuts), then a main course (a pasta or risotto). Followed by a salad or some vegetables, and something sweet to finish.
We are also wine lovers so every meal include selected wine label to give you an interesting and authentic taste of Italy!
