First, we'll welcome you and tour you around our house and center yard. We'll toast a traditional "Lechaim!" with a refreshing aperitif cocktail.
The dinner: Starter: tzatziki- yogurt, cucumber, dill, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil, served with mini challah bread. First course: grilled calamari with fresh polenta and jordan mushrooms and parmesan. Main course: pork baby ribs glazed with dates honey with puree and green beans. Dessert: malabi cream with rose marmalade and pistachio.
